Easy Returns. 
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your EdgeCigs starter kit and accessories, return it for any reason. Please just submit a support ticket to us. To submit a support ticket simply log in and click on the support tab. Please include your order # in the subject line. Your reason for the return is optional but if given will only be used to insure better customer satisfaction in the future.

Refund Policy: To avoid fraud we can only refund the purchase price to the debit card or credit card used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be accepted up to 30 days after the original purchase date. Your card will be credited for the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees if applicable will not be refunded and return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense.

Simply return your purchase in saleable condition with the original packaging. Product must include: All parts including chargers along with original packing slip or receipt, and any unused cartridges. Please do not return any used cartridges or cartridges that have had the foil punctured as this may cause damage to the packaging and will void your return. Returns that do not include some unused portion of the 25 included cartridges will also be denied as an abuse of our return policy.

We cannot process your return if you purchased your EdgeCigs products in a retail location. Please contact that store in regards to their return policy.
